Looking for a skilled HR professional to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. Candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including recruitment, training & development, and internal communication.

• Adherence and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
• Bridge management and employee relations
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Manage efficiently internal communication through employee engagement and talent management activities and process
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and dashboards

• At least 3 years of proven working experience as HR
• People oriented, and results driven
• Must have good Recruitment skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Excellent Communication Skills
• listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require
• Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
• Must be good in planning & organizing skills
• Willing to take initiative
