• PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

• Global Business Operations (GBO), headed by the COO and Executive Board member, Christian Klein, is responsible for managing the digital transformation at SAP. The focus of GBO is on business process simplification, product and services quality, portfolio strategy, and value achievement through digital innovation adoption to the best of our employees and customers.

• Under GBO, the IT Business- Application Services division focuses on delivering the necessary solutions, technologies and innovations to create business value, enable new business models and drive our #Run Simple transformation all based on rock- solid operations.

• The Contract to Revenue IT Services Organization delivers IT applications primarily to the Global Finance & Administration Board Area of SAP. Our scope includes the following business processes: Contract Management, Order Management, Billing, Cash Collections, Royalties, Revenue Accounting, Credit Card enablement and other related topics. Our vision is to deliver best- in- class, seamless and innovative IT solutions; empower our employees, delight our customers and create a fun experience.

• We are searching for an IT professional with a strong foundation in project management including agile framework who can help to propel SAP s own contract to revenue processes to the next level.

• EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Within the C2R IT, you will be expected to enable best in class IT solutions for our Finance and Order to Cash business processes and in addition:

• Ensure that Scrum is understood and lived in all product teams within C2R IT Bangalore

• Facilitate collaboration among multiple product teams to achieve common delivery goals

• Identify the need for scrum of scrums and execute

• Ensure that all dependency needs among product teams throughout the design, development and testing phases are resolved

• Lead the teams to learn and improve the collaboration within and across the teams as well as with the stakeholders

• Facilitate daily standup meetings, sprint reviews, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives

• Manage the execution backlog

• Assume responsibility for tasks and execute them end- to- end with the best user experience and quality always in focus

• Actively contribute to the implementation goals within an agile environment

• Lead projects as part of strategic initiatives from a planning and execution viewpoint

• Clearly communicate to program management, project team members and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project

• Represent C2R IT in communications with Senior Management

• Track program or project issues, escalating them as needed and tracking through to resolution

• EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Graduate in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or equivalent

• Sound understanding of common enterprise application landscapes

• Quick Learner, passionate, motivated and self- managed

• Ability to work in an international, virtual and highly diverse team

• Perform independently and have a positive self- motivated can- do attitude

• Excellent English skills

• Customer- centric mindset, business acumen and good communication and interpersonal skills

• Certified Scrum Master, or other similar certifications, is a big plus

• Very good knowledge of agile frameworks (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), tools (Jira), and experience leading agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily Scrums, Retrospective)

• Ability to facilitate between business and IT product teams to prioritize competing demands and resolve ambiguities

• WORK EXPERIENCE

• 8 years experience in software development, project management

• Strong experience in managing software deliveries

• Strong experience leading teams of people to deliver integrated enterprise solutions

• Experience working in an international, virtual and highly diverse team

• Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably SCRUM

• Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment
